Jackie - Copyright 2003 by Jean Kelly

24" x 30" oil on linen
Private Collection

Jackie was a force of nature, with a beautiful low, jazzy blues voice. Active in the theater and known by many for her work in AA. She was in a scooter at the time of this painting and you didn't want to get in her way. She drove like a maniac, like she lived her life!

Jackie was always very proud of her hands, and wished to have her hands painted realistically, and even crippled with arthritis, they are.
